FARM TO TABLE
Located just north of Kansas City, Noah’s Cupboard’s storefront is on the main street in the historic downtown of the small city of Weston. We use many locally-sourced ingredients, such as Barham Farms, David’s Pasture, plus cheese from Green Dirt Farm, and Waygu beef from KC Cattle Company — all located less than 100 miles from the restaurant.
Every plate achieves that elusive, cuisine-defining balance of sweet, salty, and sour — even dessert.
